Solution 1 : Check Active Audio Device : – Goto Taskbar and click on the speaker icon and select headphones or speakers Audio Device.

Solution 2 : Check Device and App Volume :- Goto Settings and select System and click on Sound Category . Now Click on the App Volume and Device Preferences under the Advanced Sound Options Tab.



Note : Make Sure the Headphones / Speakers Volume Slider for the app you are trying to use is not set to Zero.
Solution 3 : Disable Exclusive mode :- Open Control Panel and select Hardware & Sound then Click on Sound.
Now Select The Audio Device eg. Speaker or Headphones And then click on properties and goto Advanced tab . Now Under the Exclusive Mode untick the ” Allow application to take exclusive control of this device”.




Solution 4 : Disable Audio Enhancement :- Open Control Panel and select Hardware & Sound then Click on Sound.
Now Select The Audio Device eg. Speaker or Headphones And then click on properties and goto Enhancement Tab and the select the ” Disable all enhancements”.

Solution 5 : Check Enabled/Disabled Audio Devices :- Goto Device Manager and then expand the option Audio inputs and outputs . now right click on any device you want to disable/enable and then select disable/enable Device option.



Solution 6 : Update Your Audio Driver :- Goto Device Manager and then expand the option Sound video and game controller then right click on your audio device driver and select update driver and choose “search automatically for Drivers”.



Solution 7 : Use Audio Troubleshooter ;- Open Settings and then select Update & Security click on troubleshoot then choose additional troubleshoot and unter playing Audio run the Troubleshooter and follow the instructions.
